From Katahdin to the Sea is the concept behind the development of the Gulf of Maine Aquarium. Visitors follow the hydrologic cycle from the top of Mt. Katahdin in a thunderstorm and move through many different habitats en route to the Gulf of Maine. As part of our educational outreach a poster was produced that described each of the habitats in detail.
